These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the GigTunes website and the services we provide, including mixing, mastering, vocal production, track editing, and related offerings.

Using the website

Eligibility: You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate and complete information when contacting us or placing an order.
Acceptable use: You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with systems, or disrupt services.

Orders and services

Scope: Each order includes only the services selected at checkout and any agreed enhancements.
Turnaround times: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on workload, project complexity, and communication. Delays do not entitle you to refunds or compensation.
Revisions: Revisions are limited to reasonable adjustments within the scope of the original request and package limits. While a revision is in progress, the delivery approval period below does not run.
Delivery approval: When we send delivery or revision files, you should review them in your GigTunes account and either approve the delivery or submit revision notes within your included rounds. We may send a reminder if we have not heard from you after 5 calendar days. If we still do not receive approval or revision notes within 7 calendar days of that delivery, we may mark the order as completed so the project can close. Each time we send a new delivery or revision delivery, a fresh 7-calendar-day period begins from that delivery date.

Service expectations

While GigTunes aims to deliver professional, high-quality results, audio production is inherently subjective. We do not guarantee that the final result will match personal taste or expectations beyond the agreed scope of the service.

Your files and rights

Ownership: You retain full ownership of your audio and project files.
Responsibility: You confirm that you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to upload and request work on your files.
License to process: You grant GigTunes a limited, non-exclusive license to use your files solely to deliver the requested services.
Backups: You are responsible for maintaining backups of your files before uploading or sharing them.

File storage

GigTunes may store project files for a limited period to complete services and allow revisions. We do not guarantee long-term storage and may delete files after a reasonable period.

Payments and refunds

All prices are shown before checkout. By placing an order, you agree to pay the stated amount. Due to the custom and digital nature of our services, refunds are generally not provided once work has started or files have been delivered. Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion if no work has been performed or a clear service failure has occurred. Refund policy

Chargebacks

You agree to contact GigTunes first to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback. Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension and recovery actions.

Quality and limitations

Final results depend on the quality of the source material you provide. GigTunes is not responsible for issues caused by poor recordings, incorrect files, missing elements, or unclear instructions.

Right to refuse service

GigTunes reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel services at any time, including in cases of inappropriate content, misuse, or violation of these terms.

Third-party services

GigTunes may rely on third-party providers for hosting, storage, email delivery, analytics, and payment processing. Your use of such services may also be subject to their terms and policies.

Intellectual property

The GigTunes website, branding, and original content are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the website without permission.

Use of final work

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the final audio complies with all applicable laws, licenses, and third-party rights.

Disclaimer and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GigTunes is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of our services.

Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be handled in accordance with applicable Dutch law.
