Refund policy

This policy explains when refunds may or may not be issued for GigTunes services.

General policy

Due to the custom and digital nature of our services, refunds are generally not provided once work has started or files have been delivered.

Before work has started

A full refund may be issued if no work has been started on your project.

After work has started

Once work has started, refunds are not guaranteed. We will work with you through revisions to achieve the best possible result.

After delivery

Once files have been delivered, refunds are not provided. Use your included revision rounds to request adjustments within the original scope.

After each delivery or revision delivery, you should approve the files or request changes through your GigTunes account. If we do not receive approval or revision notes within 7 calendar days of that delivery, we may mark the order as completed. Each new delivery or revision delivery starts a fresh 7-calendar-day period. Completed orders are not eligible for refunds.

Exceptions

Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion in cases of clear service failure or if we are unable to deliver the agreed service.

Chargebacks

You agree to contact GigTunes before initiating a chargeback. Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension and recovery actions.
