What happens after you place an order?
Once your order is submitted, everything moves into a clear production workflow. We review your files, confirm the scope and start working on your track.

After checkout, your order is created and your selected services, tiers, enhancements and notes are saved.
File & brief check
We review your files, references and instructions before starting so the scope is clear.
Production starts
Your track moves into the right workflow: mixing, mastering, vocal production or editing.
Final delivery
When your track is ready, you receive the final files through your account. Listen through, then approve when you're happy or request a revision within your included rounds.
Approve or revise
Use your order page to approve the delivery or send revision notes. We may remind you after 5 days. If we still do not hear from you within 7 calendar days of that delivery, we may mark the order complete. Each new delivery or revision delivery starts a fresh 7-day window.
Upload the right files for the
best result.
The better your files and notes are prepared, the smoother the process becomes. Upload stems, stereo mixes, references and written instructions.
For mixing
Upload stems or multitracks as WAV or AIFF files. Include dry vocals, instruments, drums and effects separately when possible.
For mastering
Upload your final stereo mix as WAV or AIFF. Leave enough headroom and avoid limiting the master bus too hard.
For vocal production
Upload dry vocal tracks and, if possible, the instrumental or full session bounce as a reference.
For track editing
Upload the audio that needs cleaning, timing edits, breath control, click removal or preparation.

Follow your order from your dashboard.
After ordering, your project is visible in your account. View status, upload missing files, read updates, download deliveries, approve when you're happy, or request revisions.

Need a change? Revisions are part of the process.
Your package includes revision rounds, so you can request adjustments after delivery. Clear scope, no endless back-and-forth. When you're satisfied, approve the delivery from your account. If we don't hear back within 7 calendar days of a delivery, we may mark the order complete so your project can close — each new delivery starts a fresh 7-day window.

Common questions before ordering.
Can I upload my files later?
Yes. If your files are not ready yet, you can complete the order first and upload the files from your account later.
Do I need mixing and mastering?
If your song is not fully balanced yet, choose mixing and mastering. If the mix is already finished, mastering may be enough.
Can I add reference tracks?
Yes. Reference tracks help us understand the direction, energy, loudness and overall sound you are aiming for.
What happens if I need changes?
Your selected package includes revision rounds. You can request changes after delivery if something needs adjustment.
What if I don't approve my delivery?
After each delivery, approve the files or request a revision from your account. We may remind you after 5 days. If we still do not hear from you within 7 calendar days of that delivery, we may mark the order complete. Each new delivery starts a fresh 7-day window.
